This letter is written on behalf of Tom Falciglla for the work he performed on our kitchen project.

Tom was recommended to us by one of his customers. He kept the project within our budget and ensured it was a complete success. Tom met with us very early on in the process and thoroughly explained all the steps required. He accompanied us on our visit to the appliance store and counter top store as well as assisted with the most important phase of the project, the selection of a quality cabinet maker. When we had a question or an issue with one of the vendors, he handled them promptly and in our favor. He recommended various layouts of the kitchen and options for placing all the appliances. In the midst of our kitchen project, we decided to add a portico and small landing by our side door. Within a matter of days, Tom provided a competitive estimate of the cost of this smaller project and had various contractors on site, all while our kitchen project was still underway. The portico was designed to match the rest of the house and was a quality addition to our house.

As a contractor, Tom's attention to detail and ability to plan, coordinate and be flexible with our demands should be commended. In addition, each of the vendors and craftsmen he used had nothing but positive comments about Tom. Tom was onslte on our project on a daily basis making sure all aspects of the project were being done correctly. Tom explained each step of the project in simple to understand language, finished our project on time, within budget and to our complete satisfaction.

I am writing this letter to you in reference to Tom Falciglia and Falciglia Construction in consideration of your project. I live in New Fairfield, CT and Tom has been working on a renovation of my home. The renovation has included a full kitchen renovation, creation of laundry room, mudroom and pantry, new flooring throughout first floor, installation of decorative beams in the kitchen and foyer, and more.

From the time Tom became involved, he has been nothing but professional, honest and earnestly cooperative. He came to the bid meeting prepared to begin work and having already had gathered information from the Town Hall. Our project was large and we (2 adults, 3 kids and many pets) have lived in the house throughout the renovation. Tom and his subcontractors have all been extremely cooperative in making this experience as positive as possible for us. They set up a temporary kitchen so we could continue to have access and worked to complete the project on schedule. Any changes or alterations to plans were met by Tom with a willingness to work to give us what we wanted.

Tom was on site most days and always available for questions. He was responsive and accommodating. His subs have all been professional and in many ways have exceeded our expectations in the finished project. We continue to look to renovate other areas of our home and have no hesitation to continue to work with Tom.
